1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TigerByte Cyber’s services, products, or platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users, including government agencies, approved defense contractors, and authorized personnel.

2. Eligibility and Access Restrictions

TigerByte Cyber services are exclusively available to U.S. government agencies, approved defense contractors, and organizations working in critical infrastructure security. Access requires prior authorization and valid government-issued or contractor credentials. Personal email domains and unauthorized entities are not permitted to use our services.

3. Export Controls and Compliance

Our products and technologies are subject to U.S. export control laws, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations). Users must comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. Unauthorized transfer, disclosure, or export of our technologies is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

4. Authorized Use of Services

You agree to use TigerByte Cyber services solely for lawful purposes related to cybersecurity, defense, and critical infrastructure protection. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or attempts to compromise our systems or products are strictly prohibited. Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All technologies, software, documentation, and materials provided by TigerByte Cyber are proprietary and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Our FPGA encryption methods, protocol translation systems, and security architectures are trade secrets. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure is prohibited without express written consent.

6. Security Clearance and Confidentiality

Certain services may require active security clearances. All users must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, classified data, and proprietary technologies. Disclosure of confidential information without authorization is a violation of these terms and may violate federal law.

7. Service Modifications and Updates

We may update our products, services, and security protocols to address emerging threats and maintain compliance with evolving defense requirements. Changes may occur with or without prior notice to ensure continuous protection and operational security.

8. Limitation of Liability

TigerByte Cyber provides advanced cybersecurity solutions with defense-grade standards. However, no security system is completely immune to all threats. We are not liable for damages resulting from sophisticated attacks, zero-day exploits, or threat actors beyond the scope of our deployed defenses. Services are provided on an “as is” basis with continuous improvement commitments.

9. Government Rights and Restrictions

Software and technologies are provided with restricted rights as defined in FAR 52.227-19 and DFARS 252.227-7013. Government use is subject to the terms of applicable procurement contracts and licensing agreements.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for security violations, unauthorized use, loss of required clearances, or breach of these terms. Upon termination, all licenses and access rights cease immediately, and you must cease using and return or destroy all proprietary materials.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or national security directives. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Critical changes affecting government contracts will be communicated through official channels.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction where TigerByte, LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal contracting regulations and dispute resolution procedures.
